Hey everyone!
I have been lurking here for awhile, getting advice, menu ideas, and just generally nosing around. So I decided to reg today, since you all have been so kind to share ideas with me, even if you didn't realize it.
I am 36y/o, and have been cooking since I was about 5-6. My grandfather was a head chef at a french restaurant when I was a kid, so he taught me to cook at a pretty early age. I love to cook, and I do so most everyday for the wife and daughter. So I am always looking to expand my knowledge and reperatoire as it were for them.
