I just wanted to say hello to everyone. This looks like a very active forum with a lot of energy. I am a home cook from Wisconsin. I came here looking for some healthier recipes for our family. So far I am very pleased by the quality of the websites shown and also by the answers to many of the forum posts. I look forward to getting some new recipe ideas and also sharing some of my own.
