I'm really awful at introducing myself, so I'll keep it short.
I'm from Argentina, raised in Spain, and I now live in London, England with my husband (from Ghana) and baby and pregnant belly.
I'm a teacher, but this past two years I've been working as a waitress in a Japanese restaurant (and eating loads and loads of katsu curry, sandos and fresh sashimi). Now I'm back at home, and because I get bored easily, I figured I might as well start learning more about cooking.
I'm quite a good cook, but I feel like I don't really know as much as I would like, hence, I'm here.
