I am a new member and found the site while looking for the older product called Pudding cake - it came in a mix and you poured hot water into it. Once done, the bottom was a creamy pudding, and the top was hot cake. Chocolate and Lemon flavors. It doesn't seem to be around anymore. So good. :)

Welcome to DC. Stick around. This is a fun site. If you don't believe me, take a look at "Today's Funnies."

HI. Welcome.

I remember these desserts. Served hot. Most often I recall these served at American style all you can eat buffets. Try Ryan's chain in Alabama, it's a partner w/ the ones we have here in the North Country.

I regret I do not have a recipe, thus the restaurant referral.
