Hi, everyone,

I am new to this site, but have already found lots of interesting topics to review. I love cooking and cookbooks, but most of the time, I cook the way my grandmother did, a bit of this, a bit of that, taste and add what is needed. Most of the time it is edible. Sometimes, I even write it down so I can create the same dish again.

I look forward to being a part of this forum.
