My name is Ken and I am glad to be a new member here. I have been cooking for over 30 years and it seems to be my main form of stress relief and relaxation.
I do not have any given style or specialty, most of my creations are on the fly. I tend to cook with whatever is on hand. I try to eat low-carb as much as possible which is a huge challenge. I love carbs.
I look forward to sharing thoughts and ideas with everyone.
