I was wondering if you'd be interested in Greek cold/ice coffee, as well?

We're interested in ALL recipes! Please do post!!
I've never been to Greece (heck, I've never been outside of the continental US!) but whenever I've seen Greece on the Travel Channel, or such, I am amazed by the undeniable beauty!

Welcome to DC, Faye........we toured Greece about 15 years ago with our children and just had a wonderful time.......the scenery and the food were to die for......you are so lucky in many ways and this was during the off season, too........

Here are a few of my favorites.

Greek Zucchini!!

Ingredients:
zucchini, sliced about ¼ inch thick
olive oil
green peppers
sliced black olives
onions
parsley, ground cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, dash sugar, garlic
canned tomatoes or tomato sauce

Directions:
Sauté onions, parsley, garlic in olive oil
add zucchini and green peppers,olives, and ground cumin, oregano, salt and pepper and sugar
stir for a few minutes and then add tomatoes or tomato sauce
cover and cook over low heat until soft.
