Hello from Charlotte

Hello Everyone
Just a quick post to say I found this forum while searching for a reason my Beef Pattie recipe fell flat on its face. I mean it was, well it was just a trash biscuit and it had to go. Let's face it if you'd lived in Brooklyn, worked in Brooklyn and Queens and had lunch anywhere from Fulton and Nostrand to Flatbush and Atlantic you've had the joy of patties. I've been in Charlotte for 12 years and there is no where here you can buy one that's how do you say is serviceable Tower is OK when the jones gets really bad, well the need for a real pizza is about the same. No cure for that either by the way but at least a good glass of beer in a frozen glass will work at quite a few places. Oh well the posts about the pizza convinced me this is the place to discuss food. I hope I can add a little something and learn a lot

Hi jwmoore, in all of Charlotte no beef patty? I've been away too long. Welcome none the less, I'll bet someone here can turn you on to a good one! Enjoy
