Hello from Cincinnati
I love to cook. The reason I don't do it professionally, is that I have a pretty stubborn palate. I don't like much of anything. I know what I like and I know how to make it. Not a chef by any means, I just learn by trial and error. One thing I cannot seem to master is baking. I could ruin an easy bake oven recipe.
But that's why I'm here.
I was a line cook at one time. No tasting there... Just follow the recipe and make sure to have the food up at the right time. I was pretty good at it, but to make any money I had to be there 60-80 hours a week. That's fine when I was 20 and single. Now I treasure my time with my family so no go there...
