Hello from Eastern Canada

I am retired from law enforcement clerical staff, now I spend my time between dog shows here in Canada/USA and visiting my husband in China where he works

Very happy to find this discussion board, love reading different cooking techniques, and trying to put my own stamp on recipes.

Hi, Elizabeth. Welcome to DC. Sounds as though you have a busy and interesting life. Boy, does your husband have "some" commute!!

We'd be interested to hear some of the foods you've tried while in China, as well as some of your own recipes. We're glad you've found us.
