I have no preference which if what I love best. Although I do a mean salmon dish, I like to try things for different styles

To DC Charlie, we're happy you've joined us here I started cooking from a very young age and some of my best recipes were developed during my early teen years, ones that I still make all the time. It's great that you're so in cooking already, if you have any TNT (tried and true) recipes we'd love to see them
