Hello from Franklin, Tennessee

Hello All,

Was searching for a recipe for a friend and stumbled on to this site. Looks like a great place to chat and have fun. I have cooked professionally as well as taught classes and given demonstrations. Now working on a cookbook (somewhat anecdotal) and trying to teach my teenage son how to cook. Should be interesting ...

Hi, kstoker1. Welcome to DC. I have family who live in other 'burbs of Nashville. You're almost a neighbor.

Won't take long before you discover our DC family is a friendly, helpful bunch of folks. Glad you've found us.

Welcome kstoker1 - good to meet ya. For a professional cook you have to start all over as an assistant! :( But, we look to learn good things from you. :)
