Was searching for a recipe for a friend and stumbled on to this site. Looks like a great place to chat and have fun. I have cooked professionally as well as taught classes and given demonstrations. Now working on a cookbook (somewhat anecdotal) and trying to teach my teenage son how to cook. Should be interesting ...
