Hello from Herefordshire, UK

I'm a retired software developer and I've developed an interest in cooking - much to my wife's satisfaction! My other interests include golf and RC model helicopters.

Real name - Ken

Heard tell you have good cider around there. We are waiting for apple season to begin in earnest here in PA, I usually make a lot of apple pies, muffins, apple roast beef, and everything around this time of year!

Welcome to the fun....
