Hello from Idaho

Hi everyone,
I have never posted in a forum before so this new to me.
I live in Idaho and work in Nevada (yes, in a casino but in executive administration as an analyst). I am a foodee to the max. I love to cook and love to collect recipes and cook books.
I look forward to reading as many of the posts as I can so that I can contribute to the board and make some good friends. This should be a lot of fun.
