Smile Hello from Illinois

Hi all,

I just joined this group. I live in the western burbs of Chicago and come origially from Germany (1969). I love cooking!!! I also have redone my kitchen walls with Venetian Plaster, painted my countertops etc.
Currently I am looking for a way to make ice cream with 2% milk and Splenda. ANy one have an idea or suggestion? Thanks a bunch.

I really don't have an ice cream recipe that uses 2% and Splenda...Hopefully someone else will...I would be interested also. All of my recipes use whole milk, heavy cream, etc...Anyway
