Hello from Knoxville

I happen to stumble accross this site when asking about freezing liverwurst. There were so many responses to the persons question that i knew this would be a great place for cooking ideas and info!
I am single mom with daughter in college, i work full time and take care of my mother who has diabetes and heart problems. I LOVE to try new recipes and am allways looking for new ways to cook old favorites and ways to cook for mother that freeze well. (yes, i am a freezer believer..if you cant eat it, freeze it!..lol)
I look forward to sharing ideas and recipes with all!
