Hello from Las Vegas

Just found this forum looking for a way to substitute Fontina cheese.

Glad to have found it. Looks like a lot of fun.

what are you making with the fontina? I might use a mild provolone.

Hi and welcome Kathy Lee. I must admit I did a double take on your name. It's my name too, although my internet name is Kayelle. Do you use the Lee along with the Kathy? My legal name is Kathy-Lee, how about yours?
Anyway, glad to have you join us.

Hi Kathy Lee,

Welcome to DC! I lived in Las Vegas myself for a number of years, and have a lot of fond memories.

Hi Everyone. Thanks for the posts.

Silversage, I made a 4-cheese macaroni, I did use smoked provolone. Thanks for the tip.

Kayelle, great name! I should've used my online persona, Smokeydoke, maybe I'll change it. Yeah, not the best idea to have my full name out there.

Thanks again, look forward to posting!
