Hi, Linda. I'm several hours west of you in Kentucky. Welcome to DC. If you love to cook and enjoy eating, you've come to the right place. We have lots of fun here. We're glad you've found us.

Thank you'all for such a warm welcome. I cook mostly for my Mom and she likes country cooking. But she does like try new things too. She's 87 and doesn't get around too well otherwise she would be helping me cook. Concerning the bourbon I don't drink it as much as I used to but still like a little Wild Turkey upon occasion. Also a little wine too.
