Hello From Mississippi

First time posting...so this is kinda a test!

Just finished off a big bowl of smoked duck and andouille gumbo...mighty fine if I say so myself...

I enjoy all types of cooking....right now am doing alot of "campfire cooking"
It's perfect weather for it!

Bienvenue, Uncle Bob. My HH (Handy Husband) would love your inclusion of smoked duck in your gumbo. You must be a righteous individual. Make yourself at home around here. Plenty of camp chairs around this fire.
