Hello everybody! My name is Jen and I live in Minneapolis, Mn with my husband, 12 year old daughter and two labrador retrievers.

My friend Ang (CanadianAng) told me about this site and I have been lurking for the past few days and decided to join.

I love to bake (even though I rarely eat the baked goodies) and I like to cook for family and friends. I am always looking for quick weeknight meals.
