one of my cookbooks from school has a good recipe for a bleu cheese cheesecake with a walnut crust.
The lemon/garlic/asparagus one sounds good, too.
or a sundried tomato with a pine nut-based crust, served with a pesto sauce?
 
Sounds wonderful...now I'm all hungry! Heh, I've let my stores run down because we are leaving on vacation for two weeks and don't have anything to cook with. I'll have to see what I may have that will suffice!
