I am so excited to have found this forum.

Cooking is my FAVORITE thing to do and I'm looking forward to meeting people and sharing recipes and ideas with you.

My specialty is authentic gourmet Mexican cuisine!

People laugh at me, a blonde from New Hampshire, who is so into mexican/latin/tropical music, spicy foods, and sipping good tequila...they wonder...how did this happen?

I guess the concept of enjoying life, which to me means family, vacations, warm weather and outdoor activities, and everyone enjoying a great meal, led to this inclination.
