Hello from Oregon

Sounds like an interesting place here...I'm hoping to find ideas and recipes for my sister and I to try. We both are usually too tired or lazy to cook when we get home from work, so we end up either going out or having cereal for dinner, lol. Plus, I just bought the Flavor Wave Deluxe Oven, and am hoping to find good ways to use it for quick and tasty dinners for two.
