Hi all! I'm 25, a (virtually) lifelong vegetarian and recently moved to Portland with my husband. I can cook and bake "the basics", but I am getting pretty tired of cooking the same stuff all the time. No one ever taught me how to cook properly, so I'm trying to start learning more than how to fry and egg and throw a basic dinner together. I'm hoping this will be a good forum to get some good ideas and learn some of the more in-depth elements of cooking
