I've been lurking for a while. This looks like a great site, but I'm still getting the hang of it. Anyway, I (usually) love to cook, but I also love getting it done FAST some days, so I've also come to value preparing once and enjoying twice! When the kids were at home, there was no such thing as a leftover, never mind a "planover!
