Hey folks. My name is Alex and I am new here. I am 22 years old but I love to cook and bake. I've been cooking and baking since I was a teenager, and over the last 5 years or so I've been attending cooking schools. I think it's about time to join a cooking forum for me and share my recipes and chat about cooking and baking which I love. I also host a cooking and baking podcast which all of you are invited to listen to when it returns. I love making italian food I make a delicious chicken parm and red velvet cake which I think are 2 of my best recipes!
