Hello from Texas!
I'm a student and kitchen-hobbyist. I just joined tonight, and it's good to meet all of you.
I tend to focus more on baking deserts in my endeavors, though I'm trying to even out my repertoire. I recently began a gluten-free diet and I am very annoyed that, all of a sudden, I can't eat my favorite recipes! So, now I'm looking for tips on gf baking and trying to become more comfortable with it.
