Hi yall I live in Baton Rouge and love to cook all types of cusine including Cajun & Creole dishes.
I have been cooking great southern & homestyle meals since 1970.
& love to try new & international dishes, I also enjoy making how to videos of myself showing the steps & techniques of cooking. So far I have made over 200 such videos that have been viewed over 28,000 times by folks world wide.
