Hello from Valley Stream, NY

Hello everyone!

My name is Tommy and I am from Valley Stream, NY.

Love to cook and I am also a home brewer. I love to grill, but this spring will be expanding to include smoking...

Looking forward to reading and sharing recipes and techniques with everyone

Cheers,
Tommy!

Welcome Tommy. Both my parents and grandparents lived in Valley Stream for many years. Not sure if you know the Everbest bakery, but I still dream of their rye bread.
