Hello,
I am glad i ran into this sight and I already have a question I hope that someone can help me with....
I would like to make some cheese spreads (pimento, herb, etc.) and give them as christmas presents here is the question...
When could I make them to where it would stay good and not spoil (what would the shelf/frig life be).
I didn't know if I needed to wait like the day before christmas to make them.
So if anyone has the answer I would very much appreciate it.
