my name is Tony and im from michigan, but currently live in west virginia. i was unemployed for 3 years and we moved here for work. i ended up finding a job with a major hotel chain and currently am progressing my career under an awesome chef, who is teaching me tons and making me think in ways i never have before. i have approx. 12 years in the kitchen and i love what i do. i hope that i can contribute to the site and help out some people with problems they may have!
