Just found this forum and thought why not sign up.

I'm Luke, 19 from Nottingham, UK. Pretty new to cooking though have a few special recipes!

Jamie Oliver is my main inspiration and I love alot of his cooking. Also into real homely, satisfying food and lovely sweet puds!

Hope to get talking to you all and give and take some great advice.

Welcome to DC Luke! Jamie is one of my inspirations too! I loved "The Naked Chef" and I have some of his cookbooks.

Thanks for the welcome guys - long day at work, been to a friends for some food and real ale so only just had chance to get on here today!

Glad to see some other Jamie fans, alot of people slate him but absolutely love his down to earth, get involved have fun stye. My favourite pud, humm... probably a toss up between steamed jam roly poly and custard or an applie pie vanilla ice cream/custard.

Im really into my comfort foods and winter warmers.
