Cooking fish yes, filleting no LOL. Dad taught me how to do it properly, just don't like doing it.

Welcome, Kuijt. I guess you have an abundant fish supply where your from. Love fish. What kinds are from your area?

Most of the species are from the Northsea (Europe) and some(snappers, tuna, kingfish etc.)are imported.
