Nice to find a new site to chat on. I've checked out a few other cooking forums, but most seem rather dull and boring. Looking forward to chatin' with ya'll (yes, I'm originally from TX )

I'm a 30 year old guy who loves to cook and try new things, it's that 'clean up' part after that I hate !!

Kind of early for that, but I'll just dump the coffee and get a Killian's. Time to start baking my Oatmeal Raisin Cake Cookies while my sandwich rolls are proofing. I love Saturday morning in the kitchen.

Not a Texan but that is where I started cooking so its been a big influence on me.... probably end up back there at some point. Texas knows food.... looking forward to your insights.
