Hello I'm new.....

to the DC forum! I'm looking forward to sharing and learning a lot. I've been cooking officially since I was 8 years old. I think fondly back to my Easy Bake oven years. My mom was from Louisiana and came from a long line of excellent cooks. She passed away 9 years ago so now when I cook her special dishes it makes me feel lil closer to her and keeps her legacy alive.

So with all that said I'm glad I found this forum.
