Just stumbled across this site searching Mussels. So happy to find this! I am a mom to my 11 year old son and my DH's 17 year old son, who both love to help in the kitchen. I have a passion for cooking and for me it's a way to demonstrate how much I love the people around me. I cook almost everything from scratch & love when my friends & family think it's "better than restaurant". Since I don't like to "follow" recipes, baking is my nemesis but I'm trying! Just baked my first ever, from scratch apple pie & it was amazing... so looking forward to learning & being covered in flour.
