Thanks to all of you who took the time to welcome me to DC. I had my own restaurant in downtown Orlando and worked for my family in the same business for 36 years! I am glad to be able to learn and discuss things with all of you. I look forward to learning a lot!

If you love to share what you know, if you love to learn new things, then this is the place to be. It a wonderful community like no other on the web. It is the freindlies site around. In a world where every story on the news is about negativity, and what's wrong with the world, this place is a shining example of people as they should be, who care about each other regardless of any little thing.

We share a common goal around here; we love to cook, to eat well regardless of budgett, and we love to be freinds with and for each other.
