Hello to Everyone!

A big "Hi" to everyone from the Great White North. Until recently I have been operating a small hobby farm with chickens and sheep in the Calgary region, but I am soon moving back to the Wet Coast. So while I might be giving up fresh eggs and lamb, I will be gaining a lot in veggies and such from the garden I will be growing!

Nothing like cooking with fresh food!

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself!
