I'm glad to be here and am looking forward to some good advice and recipes. I am a beginner on Gluten Free cooking and making my own GF recipes from the original recipes. I also LOVE spicy food with hot peppers. I grow my own garden and am looking forward to canning and preserving produce this next year.
 
Hi and welcome to Discuss Cooking :) We have a garden, too. Lots of herbs and veggies, including hot and sweet peppers. I've done some canning, but freezing is easier, so I do that, too ;)

Big gardener here too.
I've dried some peppers in the past and made hot pepper flakes.
Last year I grilled and froze them.
I don't Can, but I like to pickle things

Chiliheads unite

Hi River Rose, I'm a big "chilihead" :nuke:, I see you like hot too! We grow our own various hot peppers and eat them just about every meal in some sort of way or another. Hot peppers have such a great thermogenic effect, and healthy too- especially in winter (chuckle).
I can, freeze, dehydrate, hydrate, pickle, grate, powder, dry, make sauces and even utilize them for medicinal purposes, yeah. I love hot peppers!
