I made jam today and processed it in a hot bath,
the seals seem solid and all seems well ..
But I see air spaces in the jam through the glass ..
Not to be confused with air bubbles ... these are
air spaces in the jam ... sitting in the jar
Do I have a problem??

Like I said, I know very little about canning, jams, jellies, etc. But I do know that the Ball "Blue book" is a pretty comprehensive guide to that sort of thing, and its probably available on ebay for next to nothing.
