Hi rdskf . It's nice to meet someone from the other side of the world...amazing how the DC Forum brings us all together with a common interest.

I love the Indian recipe of Biryani Curried Rice with Onions, Peas, Red Pepper, Apples, Raisins, and Spices. I don't like raisins but they are delicious in this medley of flavors (plus they were warm and plumped up).
