Hey - I'm Annie. I'm not sure what to say? 
I'm just learning how to cook, I seem to attract disasters in the kitchen but I'm enjoying it a lot so far. I'm starting University in September so I'm going to have to learn to cook to live independently. I joined this forum as I'd like to learn how not to make everything I taste taste horrible and to not get put off learning to cook when it does (I hope it's just part of the learning process!). Also because despite my awful skill level I really enjoy cooking so far.
