I happened to stumble onto this wonderful forum when I was doing a Google search on how to make steamed dumplings. I poked around a little more and I decided to join because this seemed like an amazing place with some very knowledgeable people.
I started cooking about 6 years ago when I decided to lose weight, before that I had never touched a pan with much interest even though my dad is an amazing cook and my grandmother is an ex-home ec teacher. Since then, I have fallen in love and I am always looking for new things to make as well as improve on my best dishes.
