I haven't cooked in ages.....want to get back to it.....
My ossco bucco fell apart, no problem, but
Horrors, I found some small bones in it...
( I'll never buy small ones again)
By the time I took out every little ( chokable) bone
It turned into an unappetizing stew....
I'm soooo discouraged,
And my husband is sooooo fussy,
He probably won't eat it!

Welcome to DC, Terry9. I think we have all had those dishes that didn't turn out. Don't get discouraged! There are lots of great recipes that DCers have posted that might get you back in the kitchen.

Welcome to DC, Nikky. I am envious--you live in walleye and Lake Trout country! I grew up in Northern MN (and was in Int'l Falls in June). My folks had a place on Lake of the Woods near Nestor Falls. We fished in Crow Lake for trout and LOW for walleye. I miss the Big Lake! A good friend from high school lives in Int'l Falls.
