Hello, Kain. My ethnic heritage is largely Lebanese (surname Shaheen), but I've never eaten Lebanese food. My Lebanese grandfather was married to a Polish woman. She would serve her Haluski with a side of Pita bread! That's as Middle-Eastern as it ever got for us food-wise.

I would love to learn more about the cuisine. I am looking forward to you sharing some recipes with us. Welcome!
