I never know what to say in these introductory threads. I like to cook (um.. d'uh) I like to eat, I like to learn. Hopefully my future posts will be a little more interesting.

Hi Kelly,
I think we all feel strange when we first sign on and introduce ourselves. As we get to know our way around and a few of the people on the site it becomes easier and a lot of fun. So a big welcome to you, poke around and get to know us and we you..
