Hi
Hi everyone My name is Sue and I live in the UK I really enjoy baking and make celebration cakes for weddings, birthdays, anniversary's etc. I joined this site as I often make "American" cookies etc and have found some wonderful recipes but I find I need help with converting USA ingredients to UK for example you have confectioners sugar this we call Icing sugar. I hope you will all be able to help me with the convertions. I look forward to reading your posts and getting lots of advice recipes.

No problems with the conversions, we have quite a few members from the UK and a bunch of other members that will more than happy to help you out.
