hI everyone! I'm new here, fantastic forum BTW! Just a little background about me, I'm originally from Spain but live in Ireland ATM. love cooking and baking and trying new recipes so I think I'll fit pretty well in here!

Welcome to DC! I just picked up an Irish cheese that is flavored with guinness beer. It tasted pretty good--am probably going to eat it on crackers...unless there is another way to eat it?
