Hello from Italy, I had a curiosity about an american recipe (shrimp scampi) I found this forum and I posted my question in the fish recipes section.
I'll read the rest because I like to read, talk and share about cooking.

As I mentioned in the scampi tread, my family came to America from Torino. I hope you will become a regular contributor.

Like most members here, I love to read comments about foods from other countries that we in America think we know, but haven't experienced in that country. In return, we can share American food traditions with you. You can teach me about Piedmontese cuisine, and I can teach you about Texas Barbecue.

DC is an internet forum where we can share recipes and techniques from all over the world.

Don't worry if your English is not great, my Italian is much, much worse.
