Just thought I'd stop by and intro myself a little. I am happily married to a terrific guy and we have an almost 3 year old daughter named Zoie. I graduated culinary school in october of 2007 and am currently a line cook at a restaurant. My dream is to have my own catering business and eventually get into teaching home cook classes. I am making plans to make that dream a reality but am a little daunted by the work it will take. For now I continue to experiment with food and my palate and I am just taking in all the knowledge I can. Knowledge is power!
